Aims and Scope

Complete coverage of clinical research and practice in neurology

European Neurology publishes research papers, reviews, and letters to the editor that address the entire spectrum of research and practice in neurology. The journal covers clinical aspects of diseases of the nervous system and muscles, as well as their neuropathological, biochemical, and electrophysiological basis. European Neurology also evaluates new diagnostic probes, pharmacological and surgical treatments from clinical evidence, and basic investigative studies. The journal features original works and reviews on the history of neurology.

Vol. 1-132 (1897-1956) were published under the journal's former title Monatsschrift für Psychiatrie und Neurologie and Vol.133-154 (1957-1967) under Psychiatria et Neurologia.
