Prof. John B. Kwok, from the University of Sydney (Australia), introduces himself in his new role as Editor-in-Chief. In this interview, he briefly tells us a little bit of his background and his passion for research.

On the 1st of January 2023, a new cycle initiated for Dementia and Geriatric Cognitive Disorders and Dementia and Geriatric Cognitive Disorders Extra. Our heartfelt thanks to Prof. Chan-Palay who led the Journals as Editor-in-Chief for more than three decades. We welcome Prof. John B. Kwok from the The University of Sydney, Australia, as the new Editor-in-Chief for both journals.
